Our 3” exhaust system for the Hilux replaces the entire factory exhaust system, from the turbo back.

The mandrel bends and straight through or resonator on our Hilux exhaust system ensure the highest possible flow, and along with that comes maximum performance and fuel economy.

For even more power, our ECU Remap for the Hilux is a comprehensive re-calibration of the original Engine Control Unit (ECU), which optimises over 30 parameters with split-second accuracy, giving up to 30% more torque when combined with the 3″ exhaust.

This system is Aluminised Steel

The turbo back system does require a recalibration of the vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU) to remove certain functions associated with the DPF system. This is intended for off-road or race use only.
